Second, our blending techniques combine ancient Indian traditions with modern perfumery science. Third, each fragrance tells a story of India's cultural heritage, from Mughal gardens to spice markets.

Additionally, we avoid synthetic fixatives common in mass-produced perfumes, instead using natural resins and tinctures that develop beautifully on skin over time.

Longevity varies by fragrance family: our citrus-based scents last 4-6 hours, floral compositions 6-8 hours, and woody/spicy perfumes 8-12 hours. The exceptional concentration of our extracts means you'll need fewer sprays than commercial perfumes.

For longest wear, apply to pulse points after moisturizing. Many customers report our fragrances linger on clothing for days, with the base notes becoming more pronounced over time.

Absolutely not. Scentopia is proudly cruelty-free. We use advanced in-vitro testing methods and human volunteer panels. All our ingredients are ethically sourced, and we're working toward Vegan Society certification for our entire line.

Yes! We welcome visitors by appointment at our Shirajgaon facility. The experience includes a tour of our gardens, demonstration of traditional attar making, and a personalized fragrance consultation. Many guests enjoy creating their own custom scent blend during the visit.

Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange your visit. Group tours (maximum 8 people) are available weekends, while private consultations can be scheduled weekdays.

Currently we ship throughout India with delivery in 3-5 business days. International shipping to select countries is available with additional customs documentation. Due to alcohol content restrictions, some fragrances may not be shippable to certain regions.

Customer satisfaction is paramount. If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we offer returns within 15 days for unopened products and exchanges within 30 days for any reason. For opened fragrances, we provide complimentary consultation to help find a better match from our collections.

All returns must include original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of used items unless defective. In such cases, we'll arrange replacement or refund immediately upon receiving the returned item.
